Completed in the beginning of 2006, Hokua is located directly across the street from Ala Moana Beach Park. Built by the Naughton Group and the Kobayashi Group, two Hawaii based developers, Hokua is 40 stories tall and a total of 248 Fee Simple residential units. All of the units will have nine foot high ceilings and come standard with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
